“Our second time here. Beautiful surroundings. Great, friendly staff. The whole complex is very clean. The room is as comfortable as any we’ve stayed in around the world. Speaking of which, the breakfast is world class. However, what happened the afternoon we arrived was disappointing, disgusting, and simply baffling. And insulting. We arrived around 4:00 pm (16;00). “It’s a very nice budget hotel. Super clean areas and rooms. The room we got was a little old style, but not creepy or tired old. Staff is helpful. Breaksfast is small but quite tasty. It is uphill, so if you don't have a car, you need to be prepared to walk a bit to access public transportation. If you do have a car, they have parking space in front of the hotel. Quiet and nice streets and neighborhood. There are some options to eat, just again you'll need to be prepared to climb a little bit....

“Muy malo!!! Nos dieron una habitacion super pequeña, con olor a humedad y un techo super bajo. Pedimos que nos la cambien porque lo que habiamos pagado no se correspondia con el servicio pero nos dijeron que no era posible. Ante ello pedimos un reembolso y nunca nos lo otorgaron. Las toallas manchadas de color amarillo. El desayuno basico, no habia tostadora ni leche fluida, asi como tampoco te comun.
