Good location, poor customer engagement. The gentleman at the front desk was rude when we checked in and when I checked out the clerk did not say one word to me. The shower curtain needs to be changed, it had soap scum all along the bottom of the curtain. The bathroom floor needed to be swept and the bedside table had rings on the table from the previous occupants glass.

If you are staying during a STL cardinal game day you have no choice but to valet your vehicle if you want to utilize the parking garage. We were unaware so just letting people know. Otherwise no complaints of the hotel or room it self
