“I absolutely loved this building and the owner was wonderful. She just has a lot of work to continue to build this beautiful spot. Our room was wonderful. But you need to walk up stairs to all the rooms so if you can't do that, this isn't the place for you. It's literally on the water and I liked that a lot.”

“The hotel is in a quiet residential location. It's convenient to get to since it's close to the highway access. We stayed for 2 nights for a sporting event in Shelburne that's 30 minutes away from the place. I would recommend this place if you are near the area.”

“Hotel is very outdated. The sink was rusty, there were stains on the bedspread and chairs, and the air conditioner looked like it hadn't been replaced since the 1980s (or even earlier). It really feels like the property hasn't been renovated in decades.Room is extremely moist , found two earwigs(this bug is sign of excessive moisture)
