Good B&B.

The room was large, well-lit, and decorated to a very high standard. Location was convenient and peaceful. Fresh milk in the room for tea was excellent! Breakfast was very good; you couldn't ask for more. There was a lounge downstairs. The owners were fantastic and couldn't have been more obliging. I found the bed hard and could feel the springs in the mattress, but did fall asleep okay. Once of the pillow-cases was bobbly/pilled and needed replacing. The shower thermostat was a bit erratic, alternating between very hot and cold, but it wasn't terrible. Overall, a fairly comfortable stay.

Very close to Centre of Southport and promenade

Arrived an hour before check-in enquired about parking at hotel very obliging and welcomed to. The inside communal areas and rooms immaculate and true to advertising pics. Beautifully decorated and spotless clean. Hosts lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast was amazing. 5* would stay again

Stay here, it's just awesome :)

Absolutely amazing little hotel, so glad I booked it. It has won all sorts of awards for best place to stay, the hosts can't do enough to help, and the breakfast is to die for. Home made fruit compote was a highlight, along with locally sourced meats. A mini fridge in my room to keep fresh milk, with enough space to store cold drinks too. Proper coffee in the room as well, and soo comfy.
