Lovely room for the price, whole building was clean and approachable and helpful staff. They did take £100 deposit when we checked in but just for anything we damaged or purchases made from the very stylish fridge in the room. Close to city centre in what seems like a safe area and close to lots of lovely bars and venues. Would 100% stay here again when we next come to Liverpool.

Room was OK, very much on the small side, comfy bed and black out blinds. Good water pressure and temperature, initially very clean looking inside the bathroom except the inside of the bathroom door which was really streaky and dirty with lots of dust all over the door frame and bin lid. Bed wasn’t made properly with the sheets and pillow cases having black marks on and the sheet was too small to tuck back in. Ceiling had loads of scuffs and it was easy to notice the marks on the black ceiling. Lady checking us in was friendly and said we could leave luggage there on checkout. Lady checking us out was not sympathetic when we mentioned the bed issues and didn’t allow us to leave our luggage for the day, wasn’t very warm. I wouldn’t say it was “Boutique”. But nothing bad just not much positive to note.

Everything was fab barring the 10am checkout time … and their was no flexibility other then paying more money which is something to be learnt from. For price and value it’s fab … if they just tweaked this to 11am would be 5 star review.
