The bed was comfortable and linens were clean, but the hotel is run-down, with old bathroom fixtures, mildewed tiles and tired carpet. The sole ice machine is broken. There was no protein in the breakfast buffet (not even peanut butter or yogurt); just carbs, mostly pre-packaged.

The motel is in good shape, we could see the route 93 ramp from the windows. The city of Littleton is a minute away, lots of interesting shops. We went to St Johnsbury, VT every day to see family, less then a 20 minute drive. We stayed for four nights and were quite comfortable. The continental breakfast closes at 9 but there is a Dunkin in Littleton.

First impressions of facility were not encouraging. Driving into parking lot you had to avoid the pot holes from either entrance. At check-in, asked about location ice machine and was told it wasn’t working. I was referred to Food Co-op or gas station across the street for ice. I wS told about morning breakfast from 7-9am. Had rented room with king size bed for 2 nights . Room appeared neat and clean. Bathroom was minuscule and had some type of improvised window screen over shower window for privacy from outside. Looked very tacky. Toilet tank wouldn’t stop running and you had to close the door to bathroom so you wouldn’t hear it. Bed was OK. Easy chair was old and needed to be replaced. TV remote took about five minutes to figure out. There were no directions. TV was OK. I had tried to pick up a tray with plastic cups that was under the ice bucket over the microwave. The tray slipped out of my hand and fell to the floor. It had been covered with some type of oily substance that almost looked like Vaseline. There was no way you could hold it because of the Vaseline like substance. That then raised questions for me about the cleanliness of anything else in the room. I didn’t go to the breakfasts for the two mornings I was there so can’t comment on them. I was out the door about 630am both days to go cycling. Parking was fine right outside door.

The Inn was as described and had good staff willing to help out. Our lights by the bed did not have a working switch and they were happy to check it out. Definitely a good place to stay right by a nice town in Littleton for activities.
