The staff was very helpful both before our visit and upon check-in. While staff was available during our stay, they focus on allowing guests the freedom to work with the staff or have privacy throughout the visit. The rooms and public spaces are very well maintained, the needs are very comfortable, and the mini split slides guests complete control over room temperature. The rooms are very quiet, with the only sound from other rooms are the occasional room door closing. The Inn provides coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks available to guests on a 24 hour basis. The Continental breakfast provided to guests is very good and complete with fresh fruits, yogurt, pastry, oatmeal, and cereal. All in all, after our three night stay, we highly recommend the Inn, and certainly would return.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, and keep the dining room stocked with water, soda, coffee and snacks anytime of the day. Kind of a mix between a hotel and bed & breakfast. Also run the wood fired pizza restaurant on the bottom floor - very good. 3rd time staying with these folks and will stay again when in Little Falls.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our three nights stay at the Stone Mill Inn. At first, the heat in the room was not working. Dominic moved us to a much nicer room with heat late at night. I was very thankful as was my wife. We had a great time. We will return in spring.

Beautiful town- a herkimer DIAMOND!

This Inn is AMAZING. Tucked away in a small courtyard, it is a welcoming oasis with a cute creek beside it. the staff is totally warm and they treat you like family. there is a kitchen with goodies and a wonderful breakfast to boot. I will come again, just to enjoy the charm of this place. I went for the baseball hall of fame and it was fantastic!

My wife felt this was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in that wasn't the normal chain hotels, which we often frequent . It was very clean , spotless in fact. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was updated nicely. We enjoyed a pleasant breakfast in the conference room while chatting with other travelers.
