I had to stand outside in the cold for almost 2 HOURS waiting on a room. It was very inconvenient and it was also raining! It made my girl birthday go left and messed it up! I would like to be accommodated for that because we was sniffling and everything!

Nothing went good at all the bathroom only had one working light the water pressure was low never got any hot water just luke warm, never got a housekeeper to come clean my room or offer at lease clean towels and I was there for 4 days 3 nights… when I asked the front desk for clean towels she said they had ran out and I had to wait….. one got one room key when I checked in because the lady at the front couldn’t figure out how to activate the keys properly so I only received one for the whole stay. There was an alarm going off on my floor every night all night long I called the front desk to let them know they said they would check it out and let me know but they never got back to me and the alarm never went off… OVERALL STAY WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!
