An excellent location, close to the Metro and a short walk to the water. Lots of places to eat nearby or the Time Out market is only a 10 minute walk. I would recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate staying there again if I returned to Lisbon.

Possitives: Location was very good. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Negatives: The bathroom ventilation/fan did not come on when using the room. This caused a problem with humidity and smells. The shower door was lacking a seal at the bottom, which lead to water flowing on the bathroom floor. This was a safty issue for us as we could have slipped on the wet floor. Both issues were reported to reception three times, but nothing was done about either problem, except for additional towels given to absorb the water from the floor!

PROS: The hotel is professionally managed and fully updated with modern furniture and fixtures. Very impressed. Location is ideal for easy access to all of Lisbon and train stations, tours, shopping and food. Very quiet and comfortable beds and storage although small. CONS: No water, fridge and coffee is powder with kettle (no machine) charges for replacement, no ice machines on floors and their ice machine was broken using only a small countertop machine for entire hotel. (not good) many coffee shops/bakeries close MUSTS: Book a room facing street with Juliet balcony.

We spent six days at The 7 Hotel and had a wonderful experience in March . The location is perfect, within walking distance of almost all the major tourist attractions and lots of bar and restaurants . The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was professional and very helpful throughout our stay. While the elevator was out of service for one day, the overall quality of the service and the convenience of the location more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon.
