Just returned from 3 nights at the MeraPrime and can say the highlight is definitely the location. Very close to amenities, walking distance to the metro station, R August, commercial square and the Santa Just lift. I would definitely choose the same location for future stays however, not at MeraPrime, for a few reasons. First of all, the rooms were said to be fully soundproof which is evidently not true, I heard the trams go by, room keeping in the next room and people talking as they pass the door. Bathroom amenities next- water pressure was good but the temperature of the water did go hot and cold several times during a shower and when it got hot it became very hot! This was paired with a very temperate extracting fan. I found that the extracting fans worked in the morning but not in the evening. So after a shower in the evening we are left with a very steamy bathroom with fogged up mirrors and condensation on the doors! Rooms are non-smoking but all along the windowsill are marks that look suspiciously like cigarette burns. A quick clean up would make it so much more welcoming to look out of the window. Other than the already mentioned MeraPrime is an acceptable hotel, very good for convenience and location.

Hotel a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza del commercio e dalle stazioni Baixa-Chiado e Terreiro do Paco. Centralissimo, nella via parallela alla rua Augusta. Check in e check out veloci e con personale cortese ed efficiente.Hotel bello da vedere con ristorante e bar interno. Pulizia ovunque. Silezioso, con camera spaziosa quanto basta, pulitissima come il bagno, dotato di bagno schiuma e shampoo di qualità. Tv perfettamente funzioanante, prezzo davvero concorrenziale. Possibilità di check out postidicipato a prezzo contenuto.

The property was very clean, staff were excellent, food was great, rooms small and air conditioning was horrible. Had to phone front desk to turn a/c back on as the lobby was cold which controlled the rooms. Staff complained lobby too cold so they turned off a/c, which turned a/c off to rooms. That was absolutely ridiculous. Would never stay there again. Stsff did what they could but it wasn't enough!

Great hotel downtown right in the middle of anywhere you will probably go—a relatively short (but uphill) walk to Chiado, Bairro Alto, the old city, and Alfama. This is a modern hotel and the room was very comfortable. The service was terrific, including the supernice gentleman that helps with luggage and shows you around. Afternoon egg tarts and treats in the lobby was a nice bonus each day.

A localização do hotel é excelente, muito bem situada e de fácil acesso. Os funcionários também merecem destaque, pois foram sempre muito prestativos, educados e atenciosos durante toda a estadia. No entanto, tivemos um grande problema com o ar-condicionado. Para ligá-lo, era necessário entrar em contato com a recepção todas as vezes, e, além disso, ele desligava sozinho com frequência. Sinceramente, nunca havia me hospedado em um hotel onde os hóspedes não tivessem controle do ar-condicionado em seus próprios quartos. Isso acabou comprometendo bastante o conforto da estadia, principalmente em dias mais quentes. Espero que esse ponto seja revisto, pois, fora essa questão, o hotel tem um excelente potencial.

Was told there was laundry service, so I gathered up my clothes in the bag to bring to the lobby just to be told that there was no laundry service. My room smelled like a cat has been living in it. The air-conditioning is controlled by the hotel so you have no control of the A/C. You can request for the AC to turn on, but if it gets too cold, the air-conditioning turns off and doesn’t turn back on again until you request for it to turn back on. There was also some in fighting with the staff members when I requested the staff to check my room because I was looking for the do not disturb sign. Supposedly nobody wanted to help me find it. The receptionist end up helping me but had a feeling she wasn’t supposed to leave her post which might’ve been the cause of the tension between the staff. Not sure if that was truly the reason though. The only good thing is the location of the hotel. Otherwise, not a really good hotel experience. Would not go back

Hotel is centrally located and provided the ability to check out the different sections of downtown Lisbon comfortably (while also being into drop off shopping bags and to rest during the day). Friendly and helpful staff (explaining attractions, giving directions, storing baggage, refilling water even in the early mornings). Being a few blocks away from the main square, you will likely hear some noise in the evenings but this is likely inevitable given the location. I was still able to sleep, even as a light sleeper!
