The rooms were clean. The staff was very accommodating. They held our luggage before check in. They left chocolates on our pillows and did a very beautiful display for my birthday. It was a lovely stay. They also have a bar in the lobby and all of the bartenders are super nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very lovely and the Poulin spot areas were super to relax in. Our first room we got was very hot and the hotel staff did move us to another room that was perfect. They also sent some nice snacks and wine to say they apologize for the first room. Great staff great service and we would definitely stay again.

The room was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and the bed/pillows were soft and fostered a warm, soothing, restful atmosphere. The breakfast was also incredible. The only let down was the sauna. It was small and smelled of mold.
