Cozy, clean, comfortable and a great location. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Full of old world charm. We did need to adjust our expectations, as the room was much more humble than the pictures on the web site.

Great location and great room. Be warned that the room with the great view in the listing is 4 flights of stairs up! However, that climb is nothing compared to the hills of Lisbon! It really is a great place…just a warning for those who may struggle with stairs!

Small hotel but very comfortable and great location, breakfast delicious and the staff amazing, she took very good care of us. Gave us the best recommendation for dinner around the corner and it was the best seafood we had eaten. The view of our room amazing. I would come back to this hotel again

First thing I would like to mention - excellent staff!! Very friendly, helpful, felt like I saw old friends. Second - amazing location, center of everything, feels very safe(and it was important because it was a solo trip). The apartment itself was nice as well, I was lucky to have the river view. Totally recommend this cozy stay.

The balcony rooms are not available if booked through Expedia, that should be noted - very disappointing. I was on the third floor which really means 4th, stairs only and with luggage that should be understood fully. Breakfast was a big plus with made to order omelets.

This is a true boutique hotel, but had all of the amenities you would need - nice touches such as bathrobes in the room, a reasonably priced mini bar, and a breakfast option. The hotel was so charming and had such character with cute the little touches in the rooms like vintage mini fridge and roped toilet paper holder. The plants in the lobby and the aesthetic in their lounge/breakfast area made it feel very inviting. The staff were helpful and interactive and made the overall experience absolutely amazing! It was a great introduction to Portugal as first time travellers here and it stands as our favourite hotel experience overall. Thank you to Isabella and team for your kindness and making our stay in Lisbon a memorable one!
