Staff great only thing is if you ask for city view you could be put looking over the side streets as this is still classed as a city view but good thing is it’s quieter than the view over the city

Clean room, friendly and courteous staff and location! From the moment we arrived, we knew this hotel was a great choice. It has been beautifully renovated and met our every need. There are lots of restaurants nearby, including a fabulous bakery just doors away. The restaurant in front of the hotel is a destination in itself! Even the locals love it!

What an excellent property, so well located next to the train station and metro. I was worried that the room s may be noisy from the square, but that is not the case. the windows are thick and so well insulated. A Great hotel!

The clean and quiet room, very helpful staff (letting us check in early, I believe) and wonderful location impressed us. The free walking tour was excellent and a wonderful surprise (including the delicious Pasteis de Nata from Manteigaria and wine at the end of the tour at your sister hotel! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

Enjoyed the hotel, staff were very nice and mostly friendly. The room was well designed and spacious. There were some permanent and large stains on the carpet of our room that made it seem dated. Otherwise it was very clean. We appreciated use of the nice bathrobes and slippers. The housekeeping staff also did a great job with room freshening.
