Best hotel in Lisbon portugal, my fiance and I had a great time, the staff is very friendly and helpful closer to all the amenities of the city, available 24 hours front desk, highly recommended.

The hotel was clean, the staff were good. The location was good. The only downside was it's on a pedestrian street so you have to drag your bags a couple of blocks.

Great location! It can be a little loud at night due to it being right in the city center but the windows blocked enough of the noise that we had no issues with sleeping. The staff was friendly and the property was well maintained.

The Best Location - right where all the restaurants and coffee shops , one block from an easy Uber or Bolt pick up point, the center of Lisbon. This hotel is phenomenal . The staff are incredibly helpful. The cleaning crews are so good and consistent . The hotel itself is also very good! I’ll stay there again !

No complaints about our stay. From the moment we arrived and until we checked out, it was a great experience. We have to complement the staff for their exceptional service during our stay. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to see in Lisbon. Some people may find the rooms are a bit tight but you’re not in Lisbon to stay in your room. I highly recommend anyone looking for a hotel that offers an excellent location and exceptional service to stay here.

Property is a great location to base your visit to Lisbon. It’s close to many restaurants and easy to walk to other attractions. Biggest issue is access to the property - during check-in hours, it’s at least 2 blocks from nearest dropoff - assuming you can find a spot to park on busy streets. Then you’re walking luggage over cobbled streets. Also no one available to get luggage to our room. This is the biggest complaint and nothing mentioned in hotel description to prepare you for the inconvenience.
