Comfy bed, nice shower, the outside was not matching want the inside looks like. They ran out of pool towels before 5pm, we checked in at 3:45. It was quiet and clean. The hotel also stored our luggage for us. Great stay overall!

Come very early from Vancouver after a 14 hour flight and staff very accommodating and gave us a upgraded room. Great room with wonderful shower. Great location 5 mins from metro to historic Lisbon. Only issue was the lift was slower compared to North America lifts. Did not get a chance to eat at the hotel but looked like a great restaurant for Breakfast and dinner. 5/5 for us and we will return if we come back to Lisbon. Thank you.

Rooms were clean, it was nice to have three beds for three guests in a single room. The noise from the train was quite loud, even when the window was closed. The fire alarm went off a few times late evening and we were told it was a common occurrence from the kitchen. This was pretty disruptive as we had an early departing flight and wanted to get as much sleep as possible.

We needed to change rooms as the first was too noisy but they did it without any problems Although breakfast had a good variety there was no alterations beyond the initial choice . The hotel location was good for getting to other parts of Lisbon and the airport
