Staff was super friendly and helpful, a couple times I slept in and then requested housekeeping in the afternoon whito no problem. Also the locations is superb, not only for restaurants and souvenir stores but also for shops and bars. 100% would go back next time

Most excellent stay! The lobby, rooms and amenities were all above pair! The staff was helpful, friendly and extremely v professional. The location was right in the middle and was walking distance from ALL the places we wanted to visit, yet was away from the noisy nightlife. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!!!!

The hotel's location is excellent in the heart of the old city and within walking distance of most tourist attractions. The rooms are pleasant and clean and the staff is very nice. Paid parking is available in a parking lot near the hotel. I will definitely come again and highly recommend the hotel.

The price, location, and staff were incredible! The bed was comfortable and the room was very nice. The only tiny thing was that the rug besides the bed was dirty, people had probably stepped on it with shoes and it was only vacuumed, not properly washed. Was no big deal for us. Would 100% recommend.

We loved this hotel. Close enough to walk to everything in 5 to 15 minutes. The room was clean, and had a fun style. Staff were super helpful. We had minor issue which Paulo the manager fixed immediately. And Rita worked hard to help us organize our stay.
