“Great hotel!”

“El personal es muy amable, pero no escuchan suficientemente al cliente. Puesto que llegué por la tarde y sólo tienen servicio de cambio de toallas cada segundo día les dije que entonces el día siguiente a mi llegada , por mi no hacía falta que limpiasen tampoco la habitación. Varias veces lo indiqué, argumentando lo de las toallas y que acababa de llegar. Bueno, pues al segundo día no la limpiaron tampoco, llegué a la noche y reclamé y estuvieron un rato para limpiar la habitación, reaccionaron...

“Madelena ‘s shows signs of once being great but it’s way off now. They should close the back rooms so guests don’t see the laundry drying and block off the area under construction. Get rid of all the broken stuff; chairs, lounges, bar stools. Cover the empty pool and get a gardener to prune everything. The 2 staff members we saw seem unsupported and poorly managed. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food but the included breakfast at 8:30 was very late so we left.”

“I read that there was no elevator, but your room is on the third floor because the family lives on the lower floors. They were helpful with luggage, but we still lifted our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. The property is located on a one-way street. So, many taxis and Ubers have a difficult time because it takes an extra 5 to 10 minutes to pick you up.”

“Brilliant location. Very clean and quiet. It is tiny - as shown in pics - with a bunkbed and small bathroom. No windows. But perfect for a comfortable sleep. There was free water in the fantastic shared kitchen. Coffee machine, microwave, fridge, kettle…lots of kichenware. “Booked this for myself and 2 teenage daughters so they could go party and i could R& R. It didnt disappoint! Rooms are spacious & clean with everything you need. Its a 10 min walk from the strip so far enough away from the rowdiness of Kavos if you want a quiet break. The beach is literally the back garden and the pool is never too busy with comfortable loungers to sit on. The family do their utmost to make your stay be the best it can be.
