They are making renovation so the outside pool and the yard waste messy. Alsothe indoor swimming pool walls and some other walls were not painted. The location was a huge plus just off the franconia notch State Park. The breakfast was ok. The room was clean and well.maintained. Good value for.money.

Overall cleanliness was okay in the room itself. Outdoor pool was empty and needed repair. Indoor spa was closed and empty. Indoor pool was ok but lots of repair being done in the building inside and out. Seemed like it was on hold for a while. Decrepit place. Lady at front desk was nice to us. Breakfast was okay. Breakfast staff was nice as well.

The staff was really amazing, super welcoming and very kind My complaints have to do with the property itself. I was not aware that the outdoor pool was not up and running order and I brought kids with the intention of letting them swim outside in the morning, and the cleanliness definitely wasn’t up to where it should be in my opinion. Luckily, we only stayed for one night and that was our plan because we were just passing through. There was hair left on the side of the tub from looking like a gentleman shaving the bathroom was dirty. There was so much dust in the room, especially on the light fixtures and lamps and what not but they are going under renovations. So hopefully they improve because it was a nice little spot.

We pulled up and were shocked to see the pool and front grounds all torn up. I wanted to leave but I had already paid for the room. A heads-up on the situation would have been good. There were signs pointing out where the breakfast room was located and it was like a maze to find it. I never found the indoor pool. I did see a game room across from the breakfast room where an employee sitting on a couch there greeted everyone in the morning and probably watched that no one made a mess or took food. You could make waffles, eat cereal or boiled eggs. Plenty of coffee and juices. People sat outside their rooms to smoke and shook their heads at the horrible view. At least our room with a king bed was spacious and clean. The TV, microwave and refrigerator all worked. The location near Franconia Notch State Park and the Flume was excellent which is the reason I chose this motel.

We visited in February, Ice Castles are near by. Check in was quick and simple. The linens, and towels were spotless, white and clean. Comfy beds. Convenient location. The hot tub was hot, pool area clean. There's a game room for the kids. Breakfast had plenty of options (toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, eggs, coffee, juice,etc.) Coffee was good, breakfast room clean.

Room was clean, though somewhat worn looking. The keyless lick was quite tempermental. The staff especially, Chris at the front desk, was A1!! What a personality. All Inns should a front of house as pleasant.
