Impossible de mettre une autre note que médiocre...nous avons reçu une confirmation de notre séjour vendredi et en arrivant le samedi à 20h nous avons trouvé porte close (une chaîne autour du portail avec un écriteau " hôtel fermé, interdiction de rentrer") aucune information ni de l'hôtel ni du site, et aucune solution proposée...mon appel et mon message à l'hôtel hier soir sont restés sans réponse ..l'hôtel serait en liquidation...

Je n'ai pas pu séjourner dans cet hôtel car à notre arrivée, personne pour nous accueillir ni joignable par téléphone. A l'entrée, le portail cassé, nous sommes rentrés par le portillon car aucune sonnette à l'entrée et une fois arrivés à "l'accueil" personne et à une odeur horrible de tabac dans l'entrée. Le long du couloir, une pièce ouverte en plein travaux avec le carreau de la fenêtre cassé. De l'autre côté, un espace avec un sceau posé où l'eau goutte car il y a une fuite. Il était hors de question de dormir dans cet "hotel" avec 2 jeunes enfants. En pleine saison d'été, impossible de trouver un autre hotel. Tous étaient complets, cela m'a coûté de dormir une nuit dans ma voiture avec mes 2 enfants. Je demande donc un remboursement en intégralité.
