I was visiting my mum in hospital - good location of hotel meant I could easily access local transport, and a bus connection to the airport etc. Wonderful quality Irish food. Loved the Breakfast - really set me up for the busy days. Also, very useful to be able to return to hotel, after a day at hospital, to hearty bar food,served up to 9pm. Staff very nice - as someone, originally, from Ireland, I really appreciated that there were Irish staff /accents around me. Also useful, was the hotel allowing me to store my case, whilst I could do my final hospital visit, of the trip.

It was a good experience. It was located perfectly. Parking right next to hotel. The food was wonderful in the restaurant. I’m an American. I had one hotel on my trip contact me with racist statements about Americans. I believe the K Kinstale in Kinsale. That’s scared me coming over here. I was treated wonderful by the staff here and the people I came into contact with. Great job.

Great hotel. Clean, tidy and friendly helpful staff. Bar and restaurant serving good food at reasonable prices. Seafood chowder was to die for. Just a short stroll to King John’s castle. Would stay here again should we come back to Limerick.

I would not stay here again. Musty smell in corridors. Room windows that dont close. My first room the window was hangin off its hinges. No hot water on one morning. Fairly good location but the traffic is terrible. Easy walk from eail station 8 mins. Spar supermarket across the road.

Check in was easy with the car park right behind the hotel. Room was nice with view of the canal and city below, comfortable bed. Easy walking distance to everything in the city.
