The price is very good, the hotel is very well located. The staff is very polite, professional and helpful. The facilities are new and clean. Towels and bedding were changed daily. The breakfast they offer is very good, simple, but filling to start the day.

Nice and simple... (but should be cleaner)

I really enjoyed the front desk service. unfortunatelt as far as hygiene the elevator had stains and like dripped fluids in the bottom. the drawers in the room had stains and left over dust and ashes, the remote for the AC doesnt work in the room 504. When adviced about the battery (seemed to me like that was he issue) i was told it couldnt be battery and i could change rooms. Its an OK hotel, rooms have space, service was friendly, its quiet.

The room provided was handed over with dirty sheets, trashcan full, bathrooms dirt. It was recently used and never cleaned. The second room provided had no blankets only sheets, lacked mini fridge and toiletries as offered on the expedía app. A/C was loud and the room had a moldy smell. The hotel staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating during my stay. I arrived late at night on my first day and the older gentleman at the front desk was very kind getting me checked in. My room on the third floor was clean and the beds were comfortable with a nice view of the street from the window. However, the bathroom had some mold growing on the upper portion of the door and the ceiling. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom or at the front desk, so make sure to bring your own. The room doesn't have a refrigerator, so don't plan on bringing leftovers or anything that will spoil. The hotel room also requires the room card to be inserted in a holder by the door in order for the lights to be operating, which was annoying especially if someone in your group wants to leave the room and takes the room card with them. Another critique about the hotel was that they only had one elevator. During my stay, there were a lot of guests using the elevator, which took a long time to access the main lobby either because there were too many people in the elevator at one time or because the elevator kept stopping at different floors. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of fruits, juices, and hot food like eggs and potatoes. The location of the hotel is also very convenient being very close to Parque Kennedy and directly across the street from a nice souvenir market hall with lots of small vendors.

Very dirty and in poor condition

Stay somewhere else. This is the worst place we stayed in Peru. Our room was dirty when we arrived like it had never been cleaned. There was dust and dirt everywhere: under the beds, along the baseboards, on the lampshades. The room itself wasn't in good condition. The paint was cracking, and the baseboards were scratched. The beds were hard, and the bedding wasn't very soft. The sink faucet wasn't working right and sprayed water everywhere. The room did have A/C which was nice. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.
