“The property as a whole was in poor condition and was not clean. The food was not very nice. It appeared to be from a food service company, just thawed, cooked and served. It is clear that the premises had not been subjected to a health and safety impact assessment. For example, the showers were in the bath and no non-slip mats were provided. “The room smelt mouldy and damp as soon as you walked in. Beds very uncomfortable. Bath tub was disgusting, stained. Bathroom sink cracked and stained. Shower curtain mouldy and stained. Ceiling in bathroom had mould. Walls marked and needed patching. No air conditioning any where in the place. We had to open the window while sleeping as you could not breathe in the room, this was not safe in any way shape or form.There were really unruly guest making dreadful loud noise, banging and screaming...

“Lovely staff and a comfy bed saved this property from a less favorable review. It feels like a converted hospital where the interior designer ran out of money. But, it is LITERALLY opposite the station if you need to catch a train. And they have gorgeous looking cannoli. Good in a pinch.”
