This hotel was disgusting- the carpet was absolutely filthy, the bathroom was too We did find the reception staff very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Please take this hotel off your website as the area building and the rooms are just terrible ..

Typical campanile and good

Good, working ac and quiet with good parking. Was renovated a decade or so ago so it’s got the green colour scheme. It is probably overdue for another renovation. So it’s not a fabulous Hôtel but it is good and I like these as they have working ac that more expensive hotels do not. So it is possible to sleep in a campanile!

Broke air conditioner on an extremely hot day, resulted in uncomfortable stay and sleeping conditions. When I brought this to the front desk, they acknowledged it and said it was broken, but did nothing about it. Won’t be staying here again.

Séjour très agréable !! Hôtel bien localisé proche du tram avec parking. Très bonne literie et chambre spacieuse. Il faudrait juste revoir les oreillers et rénover un peu la salle d’eau.

Accueil au top mais quelle déception de voir qu'il n'y avait pas de resto mais simplement du réchauffé. L'aspect extérieur des bâtiments faisait vétuste, la chambre était propre mais pas entretenue: luminaire ne fonctionnant pas, flexible de douche défectueux, W.C à la chasse d'eau au fonctionnement chaotique, fermeture de la porte d'entrée non hermétique (heureusement pas besoin de chauffage). Enfin, il faut savoir que l'hôtel se situe au fond d'une petite impasse et qu'aucune signalisation n'indique sa présence sur l'avenue. Si bien que l'on est passé devant sans le voir. Apparemment, il est prévu que l'hôtel soit restauré prochainement. Il aurait été bien que l'on soit prévenu. Le rapport qualité prix ne plaide pas en la faveur de cet hôtel. C'est d'autant plus dommage que le personnel s'est montré très sympa et compétent

Quittez le 19e siècle !

Les commentaires précédents sont suffisamment explicites sur l'état des chambres, pour que j'en rajoute. J'ai séjourné à deux reprises ce mois de juillet. La première fois, chambre 222, deuxième étage sans ascenseur, juste un escalier colimaçon en béton, d'un état préoccupant. Très agréable de monter avec les valises pleines et par conséquence lourdes ! Pour ma deuxième visite, j'ai refusé les étages et j'ai eu la chambre 22. Quel changement entre les deux. Bien plus agréable, bien que niveau décoration, vous avez du boulot !Si cette chambre a été rénovée, comme vous l'indiquiez dans vos réponses, vous manquez d'audace, pourquoi ne pas en finir une bonne fois pour toutes avec le style années 70 ?  Osez la couleur… arrêté le carrelage blanc type mosaïque dans la salle de bain, dans la chambre, pour des hôtels même gamme de prix, vous avez des chambres modernes avec des murs en couleur, des matériaux au gout du jour. Et ne dite pas que la clientèle plébiscite ce style, car le parking était aussi triste que les chambres en plein mois de juillet. Pou le petit déjeuner, c'est une arnaque ! 13.90 € pour ne pas avoir de choix… Il serait même préférable de pouvoir choisir le matin le plat du jour qui lui est moins chère 12.95 €. Et pour ce prix, la qualité n'y est pas. Ma femme a eu les frites réchauffées du midi…  Seul une chose n'est pas à changer, votre personnel, qui nous a toujours reçu avec gentillesse et le sourire. Et chapeau aux femmes de ménages qui "montent" vos escaliers
