Located at the heart of Lijiang Old Town. Very accessible to all amenities and food. Host is wonderful alway checking on us and preparing our breakfast. Miya is the friendliest dog you can ever find. Greeting us when we arrive and alway wanting a cuddle from guests.

There is nothing to complain about. The host was so friendly, helpful and provided support for anything you can imagine. It was an experience beyond expectations. I can‘t imagine Lijiang without staying in this place.

We could not expect anything better while staying at Ripplewood in Lijang, Yunnam, China. We were treated like part of their family. Every morning we had free breakfast and every time we were gaven Flower Cake, a famous local dissert cake made of flower paddles, after coming back from a tour in ancient cities. The unit we stayed is a loft, so my kids stayed at the loft and we stayed at the first floor, which gave us a planty of space. The bathroom is newly remodeled with an advanced toilet and glass-doored shower. The location of the Ripplewood is only blocks away from the heart of Lijang ancient city, Square Street, where all roads lead to. With that being said, the whole hotel is peace and quiet at where it is located because it is not far away from the edge of the ancient city, so you can walk to public transportations or getting taxi for tours to other ancient cities (a total of three ancient cities in Lijang), since motorized vehicles are blocked away from the ancient cities. We were happy about our choise and definitly will come back again.
