My grandkids love the out door pool. The breakfast was ok. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean, out door parking was ok too. All in all it was a very nice and afordable place to stay for a weekend vacation.

This hotel is right next to very busy, noisy I- 85! With that said, the room I had on the first floor and not on the traffic side had good sound-proofing. The check in clerk was not welcoming and irritable. In the room there was water damage by the tub, a cracked toilet and the hair conditioner dispenser was nearly empty. The beds were hard with noisy springs, even with normal movement like sitting up. The room's entry ceiling had dirty spider webs smeared on it. The morning check out clerk was more chipper and a joker. I wouldn't want to choose the Comfort Suites, Salisbury, NC again. However, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding and the dining area was ample and nicely appointed.

The rooms had several issues, stains on the curtains and walls, air conditioner not working and a running toilet. The front desk staff was wonderful in trying to resolve the situation as we tried room after room, but we ended up getting a refund, which the front desk staff took care of no problem.

Everything was great except for the 150.00 you have to pay extra if you’re from the surrounding area. Breakfast was great and very clean, The ATM didn’t work on the property so I had to leave go get cash from Walmart and go back 104 degrees outside on the 4th, but I was patient about the whole situation!!!!!
