While the room was clean that's the only plus from our stay. While entering the pool I fell from the ladder which was missing the 2nd step. I brought to management's attention to only get a "oh no ". The breakfast was sparce with no fresh fruit available. The parking lot was being sealed causing a horrible smell throughout the night. The staff seemed overwhelmed and during the day absent from the desk. I waited to report a toilet issue. When management finally came was told she was in the middle of taking an online class. I would have left if not for prepayment.
