The air conditioner worked really well and I was able to use the wall thermostat to adjust as needed. Everything was clean and people were friendly. Workout room was okay; it could use a few more things like weighted balls or kettlebells but it did the trick. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

The fire pit was very nice and as a woman, I really appreciated the block entry device on the door. Didn’t use the shampoo, conditioner and body wash but nice touch. My only complaint was the toilet paper. Very poor. Bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice.

The kids were looking forward to the pool, but it’s under renovation. Everything else is very nice. It’s clean, the staff is very friendly. A ton of places to go eat at, even just walking distance. We got two rooms at a great price!

I picked this hotel because it said it had an outdoor pool and pictures of the pool. I get there and you know longer had the pool and there was contraction I was working nights and sleeping during the day so it made it hard to sleep with the house breakfast was good.

Everything was great until the day came for my room to be cleaned. When I returned to my room that day, my bed was freshly made... however, the drawers where I had carefully put my clothing had been disturbed and rifled through. And missing from my room was the full bottle of water that I'd brought and put by the bed, my personal soap and soap dish that I travel with (as my skin is sensitive) and an apple. Needless to say, I was hardly able to sleep that night as this violation was so disturbing. The next day, I also noticed that my spare room key (that I'd left on top of the dresser was missing) so I immediately had my room keys rekeyed. The manager kindly went out and purchased me the soap that is comfortable for my skin. And apparently because I purchased my stay through Expedia, there was nothing the hotel could do to reimburse me for my lack of sleep or uncomfortable experience or my stolen property (with the exception of the soap.) I am not ordinarily a complainer but this situation was exceptionally wrong and distressing and not what I expect when traveling. The staff were always friendly and helpful and said they would be looking into this incident so it wouldn't happen to any future guests.

The property is under construction. It is uncomfortably noisy because the workmen work late into the night.(8pm) and begin work early in the morning.(about 7 AM.) when the construction is finished, it will be in very nice facility. It is dirty because it is a construction site. The staff are wonderful! Very caring. Very understanding there is a little they can do about the construction noise. I am disappointed that there was not a safe in the room.

Pool under construction.

The pool is under construction and will be for a long time. They advised us to go to the Baymont down the street but their pool was closed as well. If we would have known this we would of booked a different hotel. It seemed like some people were living there. Which is fine but they allowed their dogs to run off leash. The back of the hotel was a mess with personal grills and trash from the people that we thought were living there. The construction material and dort was everywhere. Other wise nice hotel. Good breakfast buffet and very nice staff.

Call them first!

Call and make sure the amenities you want there are actually available before you reaerve and pay! Renovations should be complete before re-opening. Long-term outages of internet and tv should be expressed before reservations are confirmed. The staff was wonderful, apologetic and did the best they could, but my 2 nights there were not worth what I paid for. Fairfield Inns are usually my go to for hotels and I never felt the need to check reviews before , but now I will.
