Honestly the reviews on here are way to harsh. The place is really nice and right in the heart of the action. We stayed here for a show and it also happened to be festival weekend. The staff was very friendly and the hotel itself clearly has been updated in the past couple years. If your looking for something walkable back from the show look no further. You do pay a bit of a premium but again I dont think your going to find a busier weekend all year down there so it was expected. I definitely recommend!

Travelled to Lewiston from Toronto to see a concert at ArtPark and this hotel was the perfect location to stay in. The check in process was easy, we parked right outside our room, and had a very comfortable stay. Bonus is there is a huge Tops Market one street over for groceries/treats/beverages. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we plan on going to Lewiston for a show.

Typical budget motel. Very good value considering its location. No full-time receptionist at the desk but quick response on their phone. Book online to get the best price. Nothing in the way of facilities or breakfast but I don't want any. I'll be staying often on business.

Check-in was easy and fast. Very friendly woman helped me. The room was lovely so was the surrounding area. Just steps outside my door was a farmers market, a place for a bit of food and smoothies and just lovely picture opportunities. The only thing that wasn’t great was the shower head in the room. It wasn’t functioning properly. Lots of free parking

The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and falling down, and you could tell the facility was a bit rough around the edges, but it was close to a grocery store and the town was adorable. It was great for the price and I would stay there again.

It was an ok stay for a concert. The room smelled musty and the toilet backflowed upon first use. The bathroom was not clean and the lights did not work. The beds were ok and comfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place but it would do in a pinch but almost anywhere else would be better.

We were told ahead of time that our check in could be later as it was a busy long weekend. When we arrived our desired room wasn't ready and we were offered another room but declined due to location...we said we'd wait...they immediately got our room ready in 20 minutes while we enjoyed ourselves in the gazebo. Beautiful property and gardens.
