“Hotel old and in need of updating as paint was flaking off walls and ceilings plus windows did not open in bedroom as they had rusty screws driven through them to keep them shut, the food was basic had hamburger and chips one night and that was it just basic burger on a roll with chips no salad another night I had scampi it came with scampi in a basket with shredded lettuce no chips or peas that you get anywhere else I have ordered it do nit think we will be back to this hotel”

On arrival we were given a room on the side without a lift, so my wife was obliged to struggle up and down the stairs. On the side where there was a lift, the sitting room and restaurants required no use of stairs. Obviously you decided to ignore our problem for some other convenience of the hotel management. ”
