“This is beautiful accommodation overlooking a magnificent and well maintained golf course.
The restaurant meals were fabulous & the reception staff went the extra mile to provide excellent service.

“The property was very neat and the rooms were clean.
There was alot lorikeetes in the palm tree which were noisy but this was only at sunset when they were ready to roost and early sunrise when they fly away for the day...Throughout the night and during the day all was quiet.
I had to add an extra night due to unforeseen circumstances and phoned after hours for this request. John was very kind obliging.”

“Upon check in staff were great and very friendly, we were even able to check in early.
Room wasn't very clean unfortunately.
There were dead ants all over the pillows and bed and bugs on the towels.
Staff were made aware and I was told they would speak to the cleaners”

“Firstly, the air conditioner in our room was not working and it was hot (it was 24 degrees on 13/9). On contacting reception staff, we were told that there was nothing they could do (it was late in the night) and I had to request for a fan for ventilation purposes as well as to speak to the Manager the following morning. “Central, well priced and easy to access. Only 500m from Barwon Health, I booked this very last minute so I could be nearby an unwell family member, and the Eastern Sands staff could not have been more accommodating with my booking and late check in instructions.
The room is basic but spacious, comfy bed and hot shower- you don't need much more. Walking distance to the CBD, hospital and waterfront. Off street parking. Rooms are not very soundproof, but I was that tired the noise from next door...
