Hoteles Único was located within walking distance to great restaurants and the Zona Piel. All staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. Parking was secured and had plenty spaces. Great prices

It’s a nice property , but not to the extent to be an excellent place; the pillows are hard and bumpy; sheets and towels are very gray, they seem to have been white at one point. They failed to tell me that from 12 pm to 1 pm they desactive the door cards.

I would never stay at this hotel again. My bed had hair in it. I was here for one night and slept in my clothes on a towel on top of the bed. I was on the third floor where the elevator was not working. I was advised by a staff member to not take the elevator because it had just been repaired, but he was not confident that it was safe. In addition, the third floor had a broken window that was covered with a tarp and tape on a rainy day! Super unsafe for children! The window was a floor to ceiling window! This is my first time writing a negative review.

La fachada del hotel es bonita, el diseño de las habitaciones también es bonito, sin embargo, la limpieza es pésima las toallas parecía que no las habían lavado hace meses las sábanas igual, había cucarachas en la habitación, no proporcionan la contraseña del wifi, llamas a recepción y nadie contesta. Y además había personas fumando marihuana en el estacionamiento. No me volvería a hospedar en este hotel.

Un buen lugar para hospedarse, personal atento y amable que ayuda a solucionar cualquier inconveniente. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y la ubicación excelente, cerca del poliforum, del estadio, de la zona de piel y calzado y del centro de la ciudad, muy conveniente para llegar caminando y pasear. Cuenta con agua caliente en la regadera, y cuentan con shampoo y gel de ducha. Las camas son un poco duras, pero cómodas, cuentan con tv y canales, y aire acondicionado.

Estuve hospedado solo una noche en este hotel, y mis comentarios en general son: muy buen hotel, muy buena atención, servicio, amabilidad en el personal, muy bueno ubicado. Solo un pequeño detalle, la regadera del baño que me tocó, estaba en mal estado y se inundaba el área de la coladera de la misma regadera, detalle menor que se puede arreglar con un plomero.

El personal en todo momento fue muy atento, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente con los servicios, ni con el estacionamiento, aunque es un poco pequeño para la cantidad de perronas que llegan a hospedarse, la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, estuvimos cerca de las zonas que necesitábamos; en cuanto a la limpieza creo que puede mejorar, la regadera estaba un poco sucia y las toallas no se veían muy limpias, pero la relación calidad precio estuvo bien.
