Hoteles Único was located within walking distance to great restaurants and the Zona Piel. All staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. Parking was secured and had plenty spaces. Great prices

It’s a nice property , but not to the extent to be an excellent place; the pillows are hard and bumpy; sheets and towels are very gray, they seem to have been white at one point. They failed to tell me that from 12 pm to 1 pm they desactive the door cards.

I would never stay at this hotel again. My bed had hair in it. I was here for one night and slept in my clothes on a towel on top of the bed. I was on the third floor where the elevator was not working. I was advised by a staff member to not take the elevator because it had just been repaired, but he was not confident that it was safe. In addition, the third floor had a broken window that was covered with a tarp and tape on a rainy day! Super unsafe for children! The window was a floor to ceiling window! This is my first time writing a negative review.

La tercera vez que me quedo en este lugar, en las habitaciones de planta baja se escucha de todo, hacen mucho ruido desde muy temprano, las habitaciones no se encuentran nada aisladas una de otra, toda la noche escuchando voces, personas con sus maletas, el elevador, etc. El lugar es bonito y las habitaciones muy comodas y de buen tamaño, lastima que las últimas veces que me he quedado no pueda dormir nada
