“Small room no windows and very noisy place”

“Stay here overnight prior to my flight to KLIA. Some of the Cons ... Air Cond is barely functioning, tiles on floor is already splitting, food is pretty expensive and monotonous (vs outside choices). Pro: Close enough to KLIA, decent pool, close enough to town (if driving), OK environment.”

“A Hotel? No. A Hell on Earth! If you want to pay to be punished, book here. The building is awful, staff rude and untrained, service nonexistent. Check-in gave me a torn, cracked electronic key that looked like it survived a war, a divorce, and a washing machine. Sanjay seemed nice, then showed his true face. Kids played outside our room all night; repeated calls to the front desk did nothing. I couldn't sleep at all. "Guest services" apparently means silence is optional. Amenities? None. Wi-Fi...

“Nice room for budget hotel”

“No lift, only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet. And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type. The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice.”

“Clean room, lobby staff are helpful and very friendly, free parking, shopping centre right at the building”

“Reached after the usual check in time. Thank you to staff for passing me the keys still. I like the firm pillows too, room is nice and clean Only downside is nil lift, we had to walk the stairs without our large luggages ”
