Chose this Premier Inn as I was attending Leipzig for the Conference League Final. From the moment we arrived to when we left the staff were friendly and helpful despite it being so busy with a large influx of Crystal Palace fans. Even the lady at check in who spoke no English helped us. Also the guys on the late shift tried to help me charge my son's phone after he forgot his charger. The staff here are a credit to Premier Inn. The hotel was clean and had every amenity you needed. Plus it was across the road from the train station and a few minutes walk to the main area of the city. Cannot comment on the breakfast as did not eat there. Across the road in the train station is a massive shopping centre with loads of places to eat.

The room was very clean and tidy, quite well appointed for a shorter stay. There was a bit of a limit on storage space and for some reason, a glass shower room door was fitted, which seemed odd! But as I say, great for a short stay, especially for one person.

Nice room and good price. Centrally located and close to the train station. Ok bar however a bit expensive. We booked a separate cleaning for the second day(as told when arriving), but it never happened. Bought separate breakfast, it was quite boring, however there was no cost for a teenager which was nice.

We arrived by train. Train delays led to missed connections and although we were suppose to arrive at 11:30 PM we didn't arrive until 5:00 am. The staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful and allowed us to stay an extra 2 hours. This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel, we stay a 3rd time 10 days later, and this is our "go to" hotel in Leipzig.

Great location and serviceable wifi speeds, but otherwise this hotel fell short. This was probably the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at in terms of cleanliness standards. The toilet bowl was stained with black streaks, the shower was full of mold, the walls by the coffee machines were covered in splattered liquids, areas of the rooms were not cleaned at all and had built up dust and hairs, and even the soap dispensers in the bathroom were dirty with congealed grime and gunk. Absolutely unacceptable and totally gross! Also, the air conditioning / AC was very weak and barely seemed to cool the room and the toilet paper was very rough and hurt to use.

La propiedad está bien ubicada. El baño olía a drenaje y había muchos mosquitos. Tiene alfombra y se siente mucho el polvo. Tanto en los pasillos como en la habitación. La habitación no la limpian diario. Y la limpian solo si lo pides antes de las 12:00.
