Having arrived at the hotel i found it to be very clean and nice surroundings the staff were very friendly and helpful in every way as I was a stranger in a strange place, the room was very nice and basic.

It was not the best stay e ever have had. The staff in the reception was not friendly - it was not possible to eat in the restaurant - and it was very difficult to park the car.

What started out good ended in pure disappointment. One of the staff was so rude to a customer that other guests commented the following day saying it was like watching Fawlty Towers IRL. All decided never to return. But the cleaning staff were very nice and did a good job.

Bel hôtel, bien situé près de l'arrêt de tram pour aller au centre de Leipzig. Parking sécurisé. Chambre propre. Personnel peu avenant. Quand nous sommes sortis, la personne à l'accueil n'a pas levé le nez de son cahier. Pas mieux au restaurant : le serveur s'est ouvertement moqué quand je lui ai demandé de me confirmer qu'il n'y avait pas de viande dans un plat....en imitant le lapin... lui qui ne comprenait pas le mot "meat". Correct pour une nuit mais sans plus.

Wir hatten für eine Nacht ein schönes ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick zum Garten und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Restaurant und Bar wirkt sehr einladend. Da wir schon verabredet waren konnten wir es nicht nutzen. Gerne wieder da auch Straßenbahn schnell erreichbar ist und zum völkerschlachtdenkmal kann man durch den intersannten Südfriedhof direkt laufen.

Der Empfang war super, unsere online Buchung lag erst 20 Minuten zurück und deswegen war unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig, wir haben deshalb umgehend ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr freundlich und professionell. Dazu war das Zimmer sehr sauber mit riesen Bett und zwei Waschbecken im großen Badezimmer und nachts war es wirklich ruhig. Ganz prima Hotel, vielen Dank.
