My stay was really nice, the check in reception staff member was friendly nice and professional. My requests was answered quickly. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious, so a little more varity can help it to become from good to great. The only inconvenience is I would say the area of the hotel is a little far from public transport aproximatly 15 min walk. Other then that well done to the teams in reception, cleaning, catering and the management.

Amazing staff

The staff were very helpful and professional. They went beyond and helped us with everything (we had incident that our baby's hand was burned by hot water and they provided first aid and sympathy). I hope more hotels in Germany learn from the staff in this hotel. Within easy reach of airport and messe.

Very cheap hotel. However: Lost laundry, unreliable staff(strangely irresponsible behavior and attitude especially young staff), broken shower and minibar. Only dining they have is extremely poor quality of food and horrible taste. Never come back again for sure.

Das Hotel wurde von uns zum Übernachten nach dem Impericon Festival gebucht. Wir haben 1,5 h am Check-in gewartet (waren 12 Uhr im Hotel, garantierter Check in war 15 Uhr) weil unser Zimmer angeblich nicht gereinigt war. Nach 1,5h sind wir zu einem anderen Mitarbeiter gegangen, der uns mitgeteilt hat, dass das Zimmer bereits länger fertig sei und das „Upgrade“ welches ich gebucht hatte (habe nachweislich ein Superior Zimmer gebucht) nicht verfügbar wäre in diesem Hotel und wir nun ein normales Doppelzimmer bekommen würden, aber eine kleine Überraschung im Zimmer als Entschädigung bereitstehen würde. Das Ende vom Lied war, dass es sich bei der Entschädigung um einen kleinen Teller mit 2 Pralinen und 2 Physallis handelte, welcher nach Aussage anderer Gäste ebenfalls bei ihnen im Zimmer bereitstand. Aufgrund dieser Verzögerung haben wir 3 Bands verpasst. Würde das Hotel nur im Notfall wieder buchen.

Das Zimmer war gut, alles sauber und das Zimmer war auch ruhig. Der Fahrstuhl hat leider einmal gehakt so dass erst Hilfe gerufen werden musste. Die Frühstücksauswahl war reichlich und der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr positiv.

Ein gute Lage außerhalb von Leipzig aber die S Bahn in die Stadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Parken kann man entweder kostenlos vor der Tür oder im Parkhaus, wir waren am WE da hier gabs ausreichend Plätze draußen. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück lohnt sich sehr gute Auswahl und immer wird nachgelegt. Die Zimmer sind okay und sauber aber nicht mehr die Neusten trotzdem zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Haben uns wohlgefühlt und als Hotel zwischen Flughafen oder Outlet und der Stadt zu empfehlen.

Die Bewertung des Hotels ist eher zwiespältig. Einerseits war das Personal zumindest zum Teil sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Andererseits ist die Sauberkeit doch erheblich zu wünschen übrig wie das beigefügte Bild zeigt der dortige Schmutz hat sich über Wochen angesammelt. Bitte verändern Sie das.   Denk an Folgendes: Erwähne keine genauen Preise und/oder Zimmerpreise Verwende keine Schimpfwörter Gib keine persönlichen Daten an Habe ich beachtet
