The only problem we had was 2 of the 3 lifts weren't working, I was on the 11th floor and being 74 could not face the stairs, so spent most of our time waiting for a lift and being rammed in. The breakfasts were lovely had something for everyone.

The staff were very friendly , the breakfast was good value . Problems with the lifts having to wait long periods to access them and go between the parts of the hotel . Long Qs at reception was at time a very over crowded area close to the exit door which was difficult to navigate with bags . The rook was ok . didn’t like the design of the bath /shower difficult to access . The room was very dingy , needed refurbished .

Great location, not far from the train station. No parking but Albion St Q Park is only a couple of minutes walk away. Room was spacious and clean although our TV didn't work. Someone came to look but couldn't get it to work, it wasn't the end of the world but annoying to pay that much for the TV not to work.
