Friendly welcome. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning, a little dated in terms of decor, but clean and functional. Plenty of soft fluffy towels in the bathroom. We had a parking inclusive rate, the car park was pretty busy when we arrived but managed to get parked without issue. Good breakfast. We ate out the evening we stayed, so can't comment on the restaurant otherwise but the menu seemed to have a good variety of options and not overly priced as some hotels are. Drinks were pricey at the bar as you may expect; plenty of local alternatives within a few minutes walk.

Wonderful experience. Loved the supportive, firm mattresses (huge relied for my back after a long day of traveling). Loved the pool, hottub, sauna. Extremely helpful, friendly, and professional staff. The manager was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Leeds.

Very happy with the hotel and staff on the front desk. Disappointed that the pool Was closed on our first night as we chose your hotel for the pool facilities. Breakfast was good apart from the flies. Room Was lovely and clean. Disappointed the tea bags were not filled up two days running, had to get some at breakfast in the end. We enjoyed our stay thank you o think we will be back
