Great location

Our room overlooked the amphitheater and main square which was nice. Very quick check in. It just off the square and entrance is not obvious at first, good location for exploring Lecce

We went right in the middle of a 5-day festival, so it was a hassle to find the place, get parking, etc. Being fair, that is not the hotel's fault. That said, the room was clean and spacious and it is located right in the center of the old town, with many options for dining. The "breakfast" is not good, just a coffee and a cornnetto. The guy attending the place is not that friendly...

Disappointing stay — location is the only real positive The hotel is in a great location, but unfortunately that is where the positives end. Everything else about the stay fell well below expectations. The breakfast was extremely poor and, frankly, felt like an afterthought. Calling it “breakfast” is generous — it was essentially a pastry and a coffee, which is by far one of the weakest hotel breakfasts I have experienced. For a property that presents itself as offering a proper stay, this was very disappointing. There were also no real amenities on the property, which made the overall experience feel very basic and underwhelming. To make matters worse, the room was not even made up during the stay. That is a basic hotel service, and the fact that it was overlooked says a lot about the level of care and attention given to guests. The rooms themselves are acceptable, but nothing more. They are plain, lacking character, comfort, and any sense of charm or quality. There is no “wow” factor, no special touch, and nothing that makes the property feel worth recommending. Overall, this hotel did not deliver on what it appeared to promise. Aside from the location, there is very little to praise. The service, breakfast, amenities, and general guest experience all fell short. I would not recommend this property, as there are likely better options nearby that offer more value, better service, and a much more complete hotel experience.

Do not let Trilogy ruin your vacation, take another hotel please. Photos are fake and when you ask at the reception they joke and say you can not always believe photos. Breakfast is the second joke, outside of the hotel, bad quality, unpleasant.

The breakfast was a disaster. You had to walk to a bakery and only got a Croissant and a coffee. If you wanted another croissant you had to pay for it. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst breakfast I have ever eaten. The room was good except that the air conditioning didn't work without the card. That's why I wanted a second card but I didn't get one. The room also smelled a bit.

Horribly hot. We left and lost 2 paid nights because of extremely hot temperature in the room. A/C would Not turn on, No staff on site, No telephone number to ask for help. It took over 30min to get it started. Room was already over 40C - The reception was worse. A/C no power after another half hour barely a difference (already 1 hrs extreme heat) we bagan to fell ill of heat. Packed and left for our safety and health (no staff around). What is worse, No A/C in Reception area. Poor young women (very nice ladies but suffer from heat you can see it in their faces and akin) are dying of heat around 40C. A Message to the Owners: SHAME ON YOU TREATING YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH SUCH DIAREGARD FOR THEIR WELL BEING AND SAFETY. In my book that is Criminal behaviour towards employees and I do not do business with people who have no regard for well being of the people who produce for you. Shame on you!

Ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles Chambre petite, pas de service, pas de nettoyage quotidien.. Nous devons solliciter du papier toilette, poubelle qui déborde...Personnel absent à l accueil ...Nous étions 3 , 1 seule carte pour la chambre ! Ils nous ont répondu : débrouillez vous! Petit déjeuner dans un bar, 1 boisson chaude et un dolce surgelé qu ils mettent au four.. Je les ai vu faire! On peut trouver mieux pour le même prix dans le centre. Je déconseille

Camera pulita, ordinata e centralissima. Un affaccio strepitoso su piazza sant’Oronzo. Qualche dettaglio in bagno si poteva curare di più, come il porta sapone e la fornitura di bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Consiglio di scrivere che la colazione non è in loco, ma in un bar lì vicino (buono e personale gentile). Difetto grande è la totale insonorizzazione della porta che dà verso la reception, purtroppo siamo sempre stati svegliati dalle discussioni del personale appena fuori dalla nostra porta: aspetto decisamente da migliorare. Per il resto struttura TOP per chi si vuole godere il centro di Lecce.

Das Zimmer beziehungsweise das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Lecce Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, die Dame sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war schön, alles hat funktioniert und die Lage war super. Wenn man es aber ruhiger haben möchte, sollte man schauen, dass das Zimmer nicht auf dem Platz Sant‘Oronzo hinaus zeigt, denn dort hat es abends sehr viele Leute und eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse. Hat mir sehr gut gefallen!

Parkplätze steht zur Verfügung auf dem Gelände ist nicht war. Es handelt sich um.eine billige Restauration einer Wohnung in der Altstadt. ALLES BILLIG TÜRFALLE ABFEFALLEN.KLIMAANLAGE wärmt nicht.Radiator kalt. Dusche alles verkakt.dreckig. Lampen defekt. Einzig die Grösse des Zimmers und die Aussicht auf den Platz sind gut. Die Frauen am Empfang haben keine Ahnung vom Umgang mit Kunden und Bedienung...haben keine Ausbildung...in dem Bereich. Die Appartement sollten als solches allein angeboten werden. Doch mit Frühstück stand im Hotels.com .....das Frühstücks besteht aus einem 1cafe und 1 Croissant in einem cafe 100 m vom Haus noch selber zu suchen..denn die Dame an der Rezeption hat uns in die falsche Richtung geschickt.

Mässig - und es gibt schlimmeres

So so la la - zerrissene und zerschlissene Handtücher und Betttücher/unter dem Bett voll Staub - das ganze heruntergewirtschaftet und notdürftig unterhalten; alles wirkt etwas schmuddelig; helles Zimmer mit Fenstern auf zwei Seiten. Frühstück in einer Bar, 1 Getränk und 1 Brötchen.

Una bellissima vista su piazza S. Oronzo.

Camera con arredo moderno e confortevole e, soprattutto, affacciata direttamente sulla centralissima piazza S. Oronzo di Lecce, con vista davvero invidiabile sulla piazza, l'anfiteatro romano ed il centro storico di Lecce. Anche il bagno era moderno ed efficiente. Personale alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ideale Lage am Amphitheater, im Zentrum von Lecce. Wir waren im 4. Stock, gegenüber des Rezeptionstisches, im Zimmer mit Blick über den Platz und das Theater. Eigentlich könnte man eine hervorragende Bewertung abgeben, aber es gibt ein paar Defizite: Es gibt auch auf Nachfrage keine zweite Karte, um ins Gebäude, in den Flur und ins Zimmer zu kommen. Eine reguläre Rechnung konnte nicht ausgestellt werden. Dies ist für eine Abrechnung einer Dienstreise problematisch. Es gibt keine Tassen oder Gläser, und auch Pappbecher waren knapp. Die Rezeption ist nur partiell besetzt. Frühstück gibt es in einer nahegelegenen Bar. Es besteht aus einem Teilchen und einem Kaffee. Alles weitere muss extra bezahlt werden.
