This place was a pleasant surprise. Room was very clean and updated. Comfortable beds and bedding. It was inexpensive and indescript, but the room was really nice! 30 minutes from the Ozark Amphitheater and minutes from route 66 attractions. Thanks for a nice stay!

Very nice place, quiet even though it was on the highway. The room was clearly recently renovated, and clean. The soap was good and plenty clean towels. Very good a/c too and friendly staff. Very nice place.

The room was pretty good. It would’ve been better if they were queen size beds, and not full-size also they should add a table and a chair for sitting area. Also, the drawers of the dresser would not stay short.

Motel was convenient and accessible. Parking in front of room made it easy to load/unload. Staff was helpful and secured a first floor room as requested. For one it was really good. Staff was very friendly. No frills but you can’t beat the price. Great beds overall very clean the only they need to change the shower curtain it was very moldy. Other than that I would recommend.

The Maple Tree Inn is very quaint. Not luxurious fancy, but what they may lack in fancy they more than make up for in hospitality, cleanliness, affordability, and old fashioned friendliness. The staff are very charming and warm. Right off the interstate and close enough to lots and f food choices and shopping.

This place was nothing but strikes. Upon checking in it seemed to take a while as she tried to find my prepaid, non-refundable, reservation. There were some other people around that seemed like they were twacked out on meth. When I went to my room with all my luggage it was dirty and had not been cleaned. So I go back downstairs to the office and she gives me another room. Things seemed pretty clean and semi-updated. There were 3 remotes for the tv. Why, I have no idea. When the tv turned on both times the volume was at maximum. When I woke up I took a shower and looked up about the time I was finished and there were black lacey panties drapped over the curtain rod. For real. I didn't feel comfortable leaving any personal items in the room while I was gone for the work day. When I returned my key didn't work and a guy opens the door from inside. They had rented my room to someone else mid-stay. So, yet another room. This one was in vast disrepair, the tv didn't work, the shower was gross, the doors were filthy, the bathroom door had a fist hole in it, the desk was tattered, burn marks on the tub's edge, some liquid was dried with drip streaks on the picture, there was trash in the walkways outside, their laundry was prepped outside on the sidewalk, and the room reeked of smoke. I didn't even bother to check out the breakfast. This place is a total sh*t hole. Avoid it at all costs. You're welcome.
