We found it clean and comfortable, good location, well maintained both interior and exterior. From our experience I'd say this motel is a budget-friendly gem.

The room was clean, parking available at our door. Heating and airconditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable and there was no outside noises to interfere with a quiet nights sleep.

It's way beyond our expectation. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean (better than some of the chain hotels that we've stayed). It's also walkable to lots of restaurants and grocery stores which is nice.

For the price it was a great place to stay. Close to restaurants and the lake. There's a fridge and microwave but we didn't use them except to put ice in the freezer. We found food from the previous person in the fridge. We stayed 2 nights and when we returned from our 1st day's outing there was a t-shirt in the room that didn't belong to us.?? Room was very clean.

The Talbot Inn is simple, clean and well maintained. It had everything we wanted and a convenient location to the downtown and beach. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the courtyard arrangement of the rooms. It made the place very quiet. We will certainly ly rerun on our next trip through Leamington.

The staff was good, the parking was easy and close to the room and the room was reasonably clean but was very stuffy with an old smell, Bathroom was clean but old as was the room. There was a dead bee and another dead bug in the room but the beds were clean and no problem. They had the heat on in September therefore the room was way too warm. It is exactly what I would expect for a 3 star, small motel.

The room was very clean. It’s in a great location and the staff were very helpful. Only thing that would’ve made my stay nicer is if they had blackout blinds and the beds were a bit softer other than that I can’t complain about anything especially for the price.

The room was very clean and the staff member was very pleasant. Had to call a number posted on door to find out where to leave the keys for check out. We left very early though, before 7 am, no staff at desk. I would definitely stay there again. Great price for the room as well!
