This comfortable B&B was perfect. The hospitality was above and beyond, as were the delicious breakfasts cooked for us. I would definitely recommend it if staying in the Leamington area.

Room was small and only had ceiling light. No bedside lamps. Bed could be better. Location was good for us to get to park or over to Kingsville. Had use of full size fridge which was very helpful. Shared bathroom which did not pose any problems for us. Parking on site.

The location was central and close to everything. We were disappointed to find we had been put in the basement; not the room I booked. Dark, very musty and the room freshener had a very strong scent and just made the smell worse. Also there was no ac in the basement. My booking included ac. The host tempered the room using a device however it took time to get the room comfortable. Breakfast was generous and well done and the host was very gracious to offer it at any time we needed it.

We had such a great stay at The Nicklin House! It’s a charming place with tons of character, super clean and well looked after. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, parking was easy, and breakfast was really tasty. Highly recommend if you're visiting Point Pelee National Park—that’s what we came for, and it was the perfect home base!
