The overall stay was very good, we ate at the on-site restaurant a couple of times, food was good and fairly reasonably priced. Also used the game room which was a very nice feature. Would certainly use Best Western again.

Location is very convenient if you wanted to visit Point Pelee Provincial Park. There are many restaurants in a driving distance and the hotel also has a restaurant on site. It has an indoor pool and an atrium for kids. I recommend to book a room far from the atrium if you want a quiet stay. Good value for a short stay.

Enjoyed our stay while we visited the tip and Perseus at Point Pelee! Friendly and attentive staff and impressive amenities (like the play area centred in the middle of inside rooms, along with the pool. Very cool concept and design, Might be a while before we come back that way (we came from Toronto), but we'll certainly consider Best Western Plus accommodations if available and needed in the future!

This property is close to Point Pelee National Park, which is why we chose it. The hotel itself is a little dated, but it was clean and safe and the “Fun Zone” was really great for kids and young adults. It was also pet friendly, which was very convenient.

An older building, but honestly a great place to stay if you have kids. The room could have been cleaner. Some rooms have a view outside, others to the entertainment area. Ask if you have a preference it was not asked on Expedia or during check in. For a stay in Ontario it was pretty solid for the price.

I liked the free parking and my son liked the pool and fun zone. The pool and fun zone were not listed on Expedia’s page so we didn’t bring bathing suits. Our first room had a leaky toilet with water all over the bathroom floor. The replacement room didn’t have the air on and appears that the air had t been in in a while since it smelled of mold. Noisy AC, sliding door that didn’t work and there were zero towels or toilet paper. I asked for towels and was brought three bath towels only for a two night stay for family of three.

A nice quiet location but just a short drive into town and into Point Pelee National Park. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Rooms were spacious and clean and there were plenty of amenities especially for children. Would certainly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! Great for families and larger groups. It is just a few minutes drive to Pelee National Park. The indoor playgrounds, ping pong, badminton, and basketball courts were so unique and a blessing to keep our kids entertained and within watching distance. We also enjoyed the pool (although the slides are still closed for our season stay) - would have loved a quick refresh of the pool area for clean towels and general upkeep.
