This hotel in Leadville is incredible, very clean very nice atmosphere i like the codes to get into the hotel instead of checking in with the staff, the only thing is parts of the hotel room were broke like the handle of one of the windows and the fan to cool off the room didn’t even work when you plugged it in, the rooms are hot but if you open the windows for a bit it is a very enjoyable stay! overall would recommend

This is an older property so don’t expect the Hilton. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. However there was a coffee pot and all the things to go with it but no coffee.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It's hard to find something good among the negative. Over all, this place leaves too much to be desired and very little delivered. The outside is in poor repair and looks ragged. The door lock code didn't work until I called management. The room was small but quite clean. The property showed it's age and lack of upkeep. There was no air conditioning (in August) with only a portable fan available. The space around the bed was so narrow I had to side step to get in. The fixtures showed considerable age. The shampoo was watery. I felt embarrassed to tell our friends where we were staying. They provided a large frig in the hallway for everyone to place their items in common. It was quiet and close to downtown. The text and email notifications before the trip was outrageous - about 3 or 4 a day. Enough already. The common hallway was lit like a runway and the curtains didn't shut out their light.

We just needed a basic room for the night and this was a good choice. The room was clean, had good air flow with open windows and the price was good.

This hotel is the perfect option for people that are looking for a hassle free stay, both check in and check out can be done online without having to go to their lobby! The room is overall very nice, but definitely has an old school charm with not many renovations done to things like the shower and heating/ AC but both still work wonderfully. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel!

Good stay in Leadville

Surprisingly very clean room. Spacious enough for me and a bike. Bathroom spotless. Great location. I had an issue with check in but i think it was a rare tech issue and the human customer service was excellent. I'll stay here again.

Great stay - only complaint is we ran out of toilet paper and didn’t have an option to ask someone for clean towels since no staff on site. However, was walkable to downtown, hot tub was nice and room was clean and comfortable.
