A quaint, relaxed hotel with clean and charming rooms. The manager gave personal attention to details, and the staff were very good. The location was excellent, with beautiful views looking down the valley. Breakfast was okay for a vegetarian family. Overall, a pleasant stay in Wengen.

We had a comfortable room, with private bath, and lovely view of the village. The breakfast in the morning was good, my cappuccino freshly made, the staff were incredibly solicitous, warm and welcoming. We were transported to/from train station upon arrival and departure, which was very helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient, and quite nice being elevated for expansive views. Thank you for the TLC Falken staff!

Very helpful staff, we loved how this historic hotel is well maintained and provides all the needed amenities in the room. Location is a short distance walk from Wengen station. Our rooms has unobstructed view of the mountain and the hotel felt very private with respect to the views from the property and away from the hustle bustle of the main town area

We traveled in the summer and the room was very hot and when we tried to open the windows we had to close them immediately due to the loud street noise. Would not recommend it. Wengen is a quiet town and we wouldn’t come back to this hotel considering we had a sleepless night

Nice enough stay. Enjoyed the breakfast. And the shower had great pressure. Also great view from the room. The beds were uncomfortable though. Feather stuffed duvet and pillows were uneven. Unfortunately didn't sleep well most nights because of this. There are also dogs frequently roaming the lobby and kitchen so best to avoid if you have allergies or are worried about animal hygeine
