Staff was friendly and everyone I spoke to spoke english. My only complaint was some areas had a bit of a fishy smell and the AC that was advertised did not seem to work. Other than that my stay was very pleasant! The property is about a kilometer walk from the tram and the area is not noisy!

Do your research before booking this property to make sure it meets your needs and expectations…. Co-living space and not your typical vacation property. That was ok for our 1 night stay… but may not be for everyone. Location is literally in the middle of nowhere… heavy industrial sector. Service at reception for both check in and check out was amazing - super friendly and helpful. We had booked what we thought was a 2 bdrm apartment that ended up being 2 separate bedrooms connected by a small kitchen. Not ideal if you are travelling with young children. France was in the middle of a historic heatwave during our stay - and although there is air conditioning… it was preset to a certain temperature which we were unable to change/contrio so that was not awesome.

The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget.

From the moment we arrived, the two ladies at the front desk set a super welcoming vibe. They were very personable and helpful. Going back to the front desk later, we got a great recommendation for dinner from the guy who was on the later shift. What has been amazing though is their above-and-beyond help in getting my daughter's AirPods back to her in Canada. It ended up that I needed a shipping label printed, the AirPods packed, and then the whole thing dropped at the post office. They were supportive and patient throughout, and once I got the order figured out, they took care of the rest for me. For the room, we booked for three people and were surprised - after their help checking us in an hour or so early - to find our room was really two rooms, each with their own bathroom (YAY! AMAZING with a teenage daughter!), joined by a kitchenette! We weren't aware of the student housing concept but just thought it was a hotel-type accommodation, so once we knew that, it made a lot of sense. We dined one night in the common area, which is a cool space with amenities. We wished we would have made it to the rooftop, but the rain. Next time. It seemed like a bit of a strange location at first, but easy access to both Montpellier and Lattes, and all the other places we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again.
