Room was spacious and clean. The pool was fun. Tried to use the washer and dryer in room but the water took a long time to fill to get the washer going ( like an hour!). Not sure if it was that particular room or if laundry use was discouraged… but other than that it was a comfortable stay and reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable.

Off the strip, but close enough to walk to attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great with indoor/outdoor access. Room was clean, full of amenities, and comfortable. We arrived very early in the morning and were greeted by Michael who was very helpful in finding a room for us to be able to check in early. He even got us a better room than we originally booked! The room was very nice, especially the large kitchen and bathroom areas. The hotel is not far from the strip, but far enough that it was quiet. The bar was also nice and affordable. I would definitely stay at the Platinum again.

Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted. All our questions were answered and advice about our reservation to the Sphere was spot-on. We enjoyed our time; easy walks to attractions, happy hour, and complimentary parking were great. We had a chance to eat supper on property. The beer & wine was excellent. Pros: Location was good. The size of the room was amazing! It was very quiet! Front desk lady was very helpful. Cons: AC wasn’t working when we entered the room, it was very hot. Thankfully early morning next day very professional maintenance fixed it. The shower would not drain. Other than that it was awesome stay! Definitely would be staying again.
