This hotel has no physical check-in front desk. You need to use their app to check in and unlock doors. Their app is horrible to use: you scan QR code with your phone to unlock every door every time. The app is glitchy and a lot of times when I scanned, nothing happened. I need to restart the app, log out my account, and log back in so that it works. The AC was dead when I arrived. Staff was friendly and gave me a room change.

Altho the technology of the place was a bit much for Us.....it definitely meets this new generations expertise (lol) Check in was so easy. The staff that we came in contact was friendly and willing to help. Quiet & Loved the privacy entrance. Bedroom had no Internet connection but the tub made up for that. Lol To be honest the whole "apartment" was above our expectations ❣️ Next time will make time for pool and roof top. Maybe a room with a balcony as well. Thank you to oto and the team
