From the moment we checked in I felt welcomed. Jamal is the best through out the stay he communicated and helped greatly. The room were nice and clean, the lay out made to relax and enjoy our vacation. The inside pool and jacuzzi helped relax after a long day of walking. I recommend this hotel for family and a nice place to relax. Everyone at front desk was helpful and thanks to the gal that helped with my late check out! Will definitely stay here again!

The first room we checked into was musty smelling, it was from the dish washer or the washing machine I think. When I told the front desk they were super helpful about letting us change rooms in the middle of the day since we had plans in the afternoon. Rooms are cozy and clean and there is a coffee shop and liquor store on site! I would stay there again.

Lots of space in our suite. Quiet and comfortable for the most part. The bed was too soft for my taste so quality of sleep could have been better. We had a lot of pressure when we checked in to participate in a timeshare presentation. The free shuttle to Planet Hollywood was a nice feature. Overall good experience.

This is a time-share property as well as a regular hotel. The check-in is one where you offered the opportunity to get Vegas show tickets if you will sit through a “presentation” but they are not pushy about it and it is absolutely optional. We chose not to do the presentation. The room had all of the amenities that we needed including stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, sofa bed, and microwave. The only miss was that the room could have been cleaner upon our arrival specifically the floors which had area rugs that needed to be vacuumed. Outside of that it met all of our needs and the price was unbeatable.

This hotel is an apartment style. There is a complete washer/dryer there. The staff are very accommodating. The only downside is the hotel is right behind the airport so directs was confusing at first. But I didn't hear the planes all day or night. There is also no smart TV hook up so i do recommend bringing your firestick or ruko with you. I love how we had two showers and a tub. The pull out sofa was great too. We use it for our kids. Everything was very clean.

Rooms are twice as big as you would get as a room on the strip. Staff were extremely friendly and the FREE shuttle lands you on the middle of strip. Will definitely be returning here when visiting Vegas.
