“I absolutely loved my stay (only one night, sadly - would have stayed longer). The room was comfortable, offered plenty of bathroom amenities (a toothbrush without me having to ask for it), had TWO balconies, a robe and slippers, etc. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and in a great location to do some exploring. I took the bus from the airport and the closest stop was about 7 minutes away from the hotel.
Breakfast is delicious (eggs, cheese, bread, fruits, coffee) and the staff is attentive.”

“Very quaint boutique hotel, close to many restaurants and beach. Very clean, large bathroom and very clean rooms. The convenience store in the lobby is really nice.”

“We've stayed at LIV properties in the past. City Suites and Mackenzie. LIV Urban seems to have less care for it and slightly run down. The rooms are dirty, mostly the toilets with a lingering smell. There's also a stench in the lifts and hallways. The service at Mackenzie and the now closed City Suites were much better than Urban.”
