The location was good to get to family, restaurants etc. Had to change rooms due to lack of cleanliness. Dust piled next to bed causing sneezing, and garbage under the couch from previous guest(s). Fridge very weak, barely cooling. No chairs on balcony. The next room was better except the handle was almost broken to the balcony, as well as the security bar. The pool was not heated and felt like a polar plunge. The staff was very nice, but obviously need to be directed how to clean. Overall, the hotel needs to renovated, but still could be repaired/ cleaned better.

Staff was amazing, but property was terrible inside and outside..pool was closed most of the stay and when finally open ice cold..they are in middle of remodeling so half stuff didn't work, drains didn't drain, found rusty nails in pool area, put us all in the wrong rooms, took about 2 hours to finally find a room that we rented 2 months ago..terrible terrible place

The price was good for the location to shopping, restaurants, and MSU. There was also a bistro type place on site that served breakfast, lunch, sold Starbucks, and basics alcoholic beverages. Staff were very nice and friendly.
